In 1980, Alan and Tammie founded our company from their home in Southern California. Alan, a former apprentice carpenter who became a licensed contractor, brought his deep knowledge of craftsmanship to the business, while Tammie’s organizational skills and dedication to customer service laid a strong foundation. Together, they built a trusted reputation for repairing homes across Southern California with quality and integrity for over three decades.

 

In 2015, Alan and Tammie moved to North Carolina, ready for a new adventure. After purchasing their own home, they encountered a common issue: crawl space problems. Drawing on his extensive construction experience, Alan researched crawl space solutions and recognized the need for reliable repair services in their new community. Although Alan no longer works in the field, he and Tammie assembled a skilled team and launched a specialized crawl space repair business, with Alan guiding operations with his expertise.
